Morley Team Wins Top Customer Service Award for Sixth Time

Saginaw, Michigan: For the sixth time in seven years, Morley’s Web Support Help Desk has earned the coveted SQM Award for Highest Customer Service. 


SQM’s Awards Program is considered the most sought-after contact center industry recognition in North America. Honorees are selected based on customer reviews as well as employer reviews from customer service representatives. 


Morley’s Web Support Help Desk assists members with both health care plan questions and technical troubleshooting as callers navigate online resources. Its customer care agents help with logins, navigation and repair of the plan’s website. They reset passwords, walk users through online registration, and help set up online account access and features.

Armed with Morley’s mission to deliver extraordinary experiences, agents constantly strive to solve callers’ challenges completely and congenially.


“While of course it is important for us to have accuracy and completeness in all of our interactions, nothing leaves an impression on a caller like putting in the effort to form personal connection. That is a huge priority for our company for each and every call,” says Team Leader Tori Lynch.


“When we treat our customers as individuals rather than just one more call to get through, they can feel the difference. That’s what gets our department recognized year after year.” 

That’s why Lynch is always glad to take calls from customers who ask to speak to a supervisor. “A large portion of these calls are from customers who wish to recognize the CSR they spoke with for their incredible customer service. Our team is constantly going above and beyond to make sure our callers have an experience that is friendly and effortless on their part.”
